Tyhen Foundation participates in the 11th Chinese International Piling and Deep Foundation Summit

On 25th to 27th October, the 11th Chinese International Piling and Deep Foundation Summit was held in Shanghai Sheraton hotel of WaiGao bridge. More than 600 pile foundation experts from 10 countries at home and abroad, over 100 companies from domestic pile foundation engineering construction enterprises; machinery & equipment manufacturers, survey and design institutions, Scientific research institutes and other companies attended this Summit.

Forging a dream with ingenuity Tyhen Foundation assisted in the construction of supporting facilities for the permanent site of Wuxi World Internet of Things Conference

Recently, Tyhen single-load transportation rotary drilling rig KR125A/KR90A participated in the construction of supporting facilities at the permanent site of Wuxi World Internet of Things Conference. Wuxi Tyhen Foundation is committed to the local construction of Wuxi, following the completion of wuxi 7th People's Hospital project in LiangXi District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and HuiShan First People's Hospital, Tyhen has once again made a modest contribution to the infrastructure construction of Wuxi.

Recently, the "11th Fourm of Deep Foundation Developmnet & 2021 Deep Foundation Engineering Technology Equipment Trade Fair" held in TaiYuan, ShanXi, TYSIM led APIE to make a grand appearance. On 20th October, the 11th Forum of Deep Foundation Development & 2021 Deep Foundation Technology Equipment Trade Fair, which was postponed twice due to the impact of the epidemic, was carried out and achieved a complete success in LongCheng TaiYuan Star River Hotel. This forum will continue with the style of "conference + exhibition + trade", and to adhere to the need of development of the whole industrial chain of deep foundation and underground space engineering, and to promote the deep integration of construction technology, theoretical research, equipment manufacturing & service engineering, to build a solid foundation for the national economy construction industry. At the same time, the forum provides a valuable platform for technical exchange and experience sharing for academia and industry in this special field to achieve a deep integration of upstream and downstream industrial chain, combining experience with theory and practice to complement each other. TYHEN telescopic arm Upgraded To 2.0 For efficiency

In 2021, the Covid 19 is still raging everywhere abroad, but the domestic situation in China has been effectively controlled. China has increased investment in economic construction, and the construction of urban subway and elevated rail transit has accelerated, especially in the construction of deep foundation pits in large cities where new requirements are constantly being made in terms of construction depth. At the same time, the environmental protection requirements are getting higher and higher. It is required that the cleaned muck is directly loaded and transported away by vehicles without falling to the ground, so as to reduce the dustiness of transfer shipments. Adhering to the concept of creating value for customers, TYHEN has upgraded the design of TYSIM KM series telescopic boom, providing ultra-deep and large-capacity grab telescopic boom rental business, which can not only meet the requirements of construction depth, but also meet the efficiency of construction with environmental protection requirements.

TYHEN small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs contributed to Xiaoxian city construction

Recently, TYHEN Foundation Construction mobilized four KR125A and one KR220C rotary drilling rig in Nantong sixth Construction company’s rundown areas reconstruction project. The geological conditions of the site are mainly backfill soil, clay, strongly weathered and moderately weathered limestone, and karst caves of different sizes. The depth of the pile is 13~36m, and the diameter is 600mm. The bearing layer of the pile body is moderately weathered limestone, and there should be no karst cave 10 meters below the pile, otherwise, it is necessary to pass through the karst cave to reach the ideal bearing layer. The stratum is complicated and the construction is extremely difficult, especially having to go through the karst cave, back-filled layer to re-entering into the rock. Rotary drilling rig bored into the rock again need to ensure the verticality of the pile, so the rig stability and reliability requirements are very high, with the operator's skilled judgment. At the same time, with the full support of Tyhen experts, the bore holes were smoothly drilled wining good praise from the owner and the main contractor.
