Recently, Tysim received the honorary title of "Little Giant" cooperative enterprise from China Export Credit Insurance Co., Ltd. China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure) is a financial enterprise owned by the central Government to specialize in policy-based export and credit insurance. It is one of the four policy-based financial institutions in China to provide precise services to support the healthy and steady development of high-quality small and mini enterprises with the objective of "stabilizing foreign trade" and "protecting small and mini enterprises", give full play to the role of policy functions, and to provide more powerful credit insurance support for the growth of high-quality small and mini enterprises. Targeting to support the development of enterprises, Sinosure ensures financial sustainability, actively expand the coverage of export credit insurance, to play an irreplaceable role in serving the Belt and Road Initiative, in promoting foreign trade development, and cultivating new advantages in international economic cooperation and competition. This cooperation is based on the three-year action plan of "Little Giant" enterprise support and growth of Sinosure Jiangsu Branch. Today marked the complete success of the 2021 China (Xuzhou) International Construction Equipment Trade Fair in Xuzhou HuaiHai International Expo Center. TYSIM small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs contributed to Xiaoxian city construction

Recently, TYSIM mobilized KR125A and KR220C rotary drilling rigs to participate in the XiaoXian reconstruction project in Anhui province. The geological conditions of the site are mainly backfill soil, clay, strongly weathered and moderately weathered limestone, including karst caves of different sizes. The depth of the pile is 13~36m with a diameter of 600mm. The bearing layer of the pile body is moderately weathered limestone. Should there be karst cave after the depth of 10 meters, it is necessary to pass through the karst cave to reach the ideal bearing layer. The stratum is complicated and the construction is extremely difficult, especially having to go through the karst cave, back-filled layer to re-entering into the rock. For the Rotary drilling rig to drill into the rock again entail the need to ensure the verticality of the pile, so the requirements for rig stability and reliability is very high reinforced by the operator's skillful judgment. At the same time, with the full support of Tyhen experts, the bore holes were smoothly drilled wining good praise from the owner and the main contractor. The total weight of TYSIM KR125A rotary drilling rig is 35 tons. The construction diameter ranges from 400mm~1500mm with a construction height of 15 meters. KR125A can be transported in single load together with the Kelly bar. The automatic folding of the mast function can reduce the transport height and to eliminate the need to disassembly and assembly during transportation. The imported original speed reducer and motor enable the rig to have good climbing performance. At the same time, 125 KN.m of power head torque is also able to cope with most of the pebbles, gravel and other geological conditions. The original Cummins engine with strong power is selected, and the electronic control system and hydraulic system of TYSIM core technology are used to give a full play to its working ability. The whole series of products have passed the GB certification and the CE certification of the European Union. The better dynamic and static stability design ensures the safety of construction. Concentrate and work hard to move forward┃TYSIM 8th anniversary celebration held successfully

In this beautiful season with cool wind, TYSIM held the 8th birthday. On the afternoon of 6th November, the theme of "Concentrate and work hard to move forward for value creation focus " celebration was held in Wuxi city. TYSIM staff and guests gathered to witness the participation of TYSIM ChangZhou, TYSIM Singapore office and TYSIM Uzbekistan by way of a live video connection to celebrate the event. During the event, leaders of industry associations, leaders of financial institutions, representatives of suppliers and members of APIE were invited to participate in the celebration. They shared the achievements and joy of TYSIM achieved in the past eight years in Wuxi. Eight years of hard work and perseverance have yielded fruitful results. Tyhen foundation KR300ES low headroom participated in the construction of TaiHang Steel plant transformation project

Recently, Tyhen foundation low headroom KR300ES participated in HeBei TaiHang Iron and Steel Group restructuring relocation project. The project is constructed in the workshop with a height limit of 11 meters and a narrow construction scope. The pile diameter is 800mm with a depth of about 20-31m. Wu'An city is located at the eastern foot of TaiHang Mountain, surrounded by mountains and rolling hills, rich in mineral resources. The geological conditions are mainly backfill soil, silty clay, weathering and breeze fossil limestone. The geological structure is complex, and the construction is extremely difficult. KR300ES drilled into the depth 4 meters of breeze fossil limestone, testing the stability and reliability of the rig, as well as the judgment of the operator. With the full support of Tyhen foundation engineering experts, the hole is successfully formed and won unanimous praise of the contractor. HeBei TaiHang Iron and Steel Group iron and steel restructuring relocation project is part of the "HeBei Province iron and Steel industry structure adjustment program", part of the 13th five-year development plan of HeBei Province. The project adopts metallurgical manufacturing long process technology, and plans to build 2 sintering machines of 300 square meters, 1 production line of 1.2 million tons pellet grate and rotary kiln, 2 blast furnaces of 1520 cubic meters, 2 converter of 120 tons, 1 hot rolling line of 1780, and 1 cold rolling line of thin plate. After completion, the project will have a production capacity of 2.68 million tons of iron and 2.8 million tons of steel. The implementation of the project is of great significance to HeBei Province's steel production capacity reduction, equipment upgrading, quality level improvement, industrial upgrading, and is an important step forward to propel HeBei Province's steel industry from large to strong.
