Recently, Jiangsu Tysim Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tysim ") successfully completed the whole-machine review, commissioning and off-line, and factory acceptance of its newly developed KR60S low-headroom small rotary drilling rig, which has been officially shipped and delivered to customers in the Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region. This small piling equipment, specially customized for narrow, height-restricted, and complex mountainous working conditions, further completes Tysim low-headroom product matrix and provides an efficient new solution for pile foundation construction in confined spaces such as municipal renovation, highway support, power grid infrastructure, and mountainous building construction in the southwestern region.

The Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region is mostly mountainous, and construction sites generally face pain points such as insufficient headroom, narrow sites, and inconvenient transportation. The longstanding dilemma that traditional large equipment cannot enter the site while small equipment lacks sufficient performance has long plagued infrastructure construction. Targeting the pain points of regional working conditions, Tysim  has carried out precise iterative development to create the KR60S low-headroom small rotary drilling rig adapted to the complex scenarios of the southwest. With its extremely compact body design and robust construction performance, it perfectly resolves the construction difficulties in confined spaces in mountainous areas.

Outstanding core parameters: a small body carrying strong performance

As a benchmark model for miniaturized low-headroom equipment, the KR60S boasts prominent parameter advantages and extremely strong adaptability: its overall weight is only 21 t, and its transport width is 2.5 m, allowing flexible transfer without disassembly and easy adaptation to narrow mountain access roads; with its extreme low-headroom design, its minimum construction height is only 7.5 m, enabling easy operation in height-restricted scenarios such as under bridges, in tunnels, beneath high-voltage lines, and in gaps between buildings. Its construction capability has been comprehensively upgraded to match equipment of the same class, with a standard drilling diameter of 1.2 m, a combined construction method reaching up to 1.6 m, and a maximum drilling depth of 15 m, fully sufficient to meet the construction needs of conventional civil piles, support piles, and distribution network power tower piles in the southwestern region.

As a pioneer and leader in low-headroom rotary drilling rig technology in China, Tysim  has been deeply engaged in the piling field for special working conditions for many years. With more than 60 invention and utility model patents and EU CE certification for its full product range, it has built a mature and reliable technical system for low-headroom equipment. Its low-headroom drilling rigs have been applied on a large scale in numerous key subway, high-speed railway, and municipal projects across the country, and have won the title of "China Construction Machinery User Reputation Star Product," with its market reputation and technical strength widely recognized by the industry.

The successful delivery of the KR60S model this time is an important achievement of Tysim's deep cultivation of the southwestern infrastructure market and its customized R&D tailored to regional rigid demand. In the future, Tysim  will continue to focus on the pain points of special working condition construction, continuously iterate and optimize its low-headroom series products, and empower and enhance efficiency for construction facility development in the complex southwestern region and even across the country with customized, highly reliable piling equipment.
