TYSIM telescopic arm KR220 Upgraded For efficiency

With the acceleration of urban subway construction pace, adhering to create value for customers, Tysim has upgraded the design of KM220 telescopic arm recently. The upgraded KM220 was successfully completed at the Nanchang test base in Jiangxi Province.

On July 31th, 2021 mid-year exchange meeting of APIE was successfully held online, and member units located in Beijing, Wuxi, Wenzhou, Xuzhou, Foshan and other places gathered online for the first time. Recently, Di Pengyuan, Deputy Chief Engineer and Minister of the Construction Machinery Division of the National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and Li Jun, Deputy Minister, visited TYSIM for inspection. Xin Peng, Chairman of TYSIM, Xiao Huaan, General Manager of Sales and Marketing, and Ye Anping, General Manager of TYHENG, accompanied the inspection and participated in the discussion. Tysim has been awarded as a Professional, Precision，Special and Innovative ‘little giant’ enterprise.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the third batch of Professional, Precision, Special and Innovative ‘little giant’ enterprises (PPSI Little Giant),a total of 2,930 enterprises were selected from the whole nation, inclusive of total of 172 from Jiangsu Province, and a total of 22 from WuXi city. Tysim, located in Wuxi HuiShan Economic Development Zone, was selected. Tysim has focused on the development and promotion of small rotary drilling rigs for many years, and its achievements have finally been recognized.

Tyheng KR90A taking excellent performance in Jiangyin housing development project

Recently, Tyheng’s KR90A small rotating drilling rig participated in the construction of a commercial housing development project in JiangYin city, JiangSu province. The project requires reformative construction to be built on the foundation of existing residential building. The surface has 40cm thick of cement ground, under the cement is the 12M long cut-off wall constructed using three axis mixing equipment, under the wall contains dirt and sand, it is deemed as a fragile stratum. The construction demands the removal of surface dirt and diaphragm wall without excavation construction. The new pile hole is required to be drilled through the concrete floor and Impermeable wall, and into the fragile stratum. The total depth of the pile hole is 18m with a diameter of 700mm. Tyheng’s KR90A with its strong power, managed to clear the obstruction caused by the cement floor and Impermeable wall while using the “mud protection wall” drilling construction technology to overcome the difficulties of small and limited working space, sufficiently demonstrated the advantages of “compact machinery, powerful engine”; It has smoothly completed the construction task, reduced cost of constructions for customers, shortened the construction period, and won excellent and consistent appraisals from the customers.
