Working in the factory ┃ TYHEN KR125A small rotary drilling rig worked in Inner Mongolia

Recently, TYHEN KR125A small rotary drilling rig entered Inner Mongolia, and was working in the factory reconstruction project of ZiChen XingFeng Company in Inner Mongolia. The project is located within the factory building with a height limit of 15 meters and a narrow construction space. The geological conditions of the site are mainly backfill strata, silty silty clay, silty clay mixed with silt, silt, and silty clay. On-site bored piles with a diameter of 600mm and a hole depth of 23m. TYHEN foundation construction team deployed appropriate mud proportions for wall protection to solve construction problems in quicksand formations. It is equipped with skilled operators for more than 3 years to strictly control the drilling speed and Kelly bar lifting speed, effectively preventing hole collapse, giving full play to the advantages of small drilling rigs with large power to successfully complete construction tasks, and to reduce construction costs and to shorten construction periods for customers wining unanimous praise from customers.

Tyhen‘s KR125A participated in JiangYin housing construction project with excellent performance

Recently, Tyhen's small rotary drilling rig KR125A participated in JiangYin commercial housing 2020-C-39 plot development project. The site’s geological condition mainly consisted of backfilled stratum, silty silty clay, silty clay mixed with silty clay, silty sand and silty clay, which increase the difficulties of construction. The stratum is backfilled from the original lake, the silty silty clay stratum is extremely fragile and can potentially collapse. There are two kinds of piles designed on the site, one with 600mm diameter and one with 800mm diameter, the hole depth is around 11m~20m. The drilling machine is used to protect the wall using 11m cylinder, and the rotary drilling rig successfully completes the hole-forming construction. TYHEN is equipped with operators that have at least 3 years of experience to strictly control the drilling speed and the drill pipe lifting speed to effectively prevent hole from collapsing and also to maximize the advantage of having big power in small drilling rigs. As a result, it has successfully completed the construction task, reduce the construction cost for customers, shorten the construction period, and has obtained consistent praise from the customers.

Tyhen assisted in WuXi’s water conservancy project

Recently, WuXi initiated a project for lake ecological environment restoration including shoreline landscape shaping and historical heritage and public service facilities construction. The purpose is to solve the prominent problems regarding the lake shoreline in order to build a beautiful river landscape that is ecologically beautiful to exemplify urban civilization, creating nostalgia to benefit citizens and bringing harmony between human and environment. TYHEN utilized a KR125 small rotary drilling rig to participate in the construction project of "Jiangxi Street Beautiful River and Lake Comprehensive Upgrading Project - JieJing Bang"; it managed to complete the tasks of drilling, cage production, cement pouring and other one-stop services in a narrow space; it completed the construction task efficiently and created huge economic benefits for the customer.

In the afternoon of April 16, Xia ZhenDong, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the district Party committee and Secretary of the Federation of industry and commerce, visited TYSIM to inspect its epidemic prevention and control measures while taking a closer look at TYSIM’s resumption production status. Mr. Xia ZhenDong’s visit has not only indicated the party committee and the government’s concern about the local companies, but also to enhance enterprises’ development confidence. Industrial educating integration, scientific research integrated with education┃TYSIM was successfully selected into the list of the fourth batch of pilot enterprises for integration of production and education in Jiangsu Province

Recently, Jiangsu province's fourth batch of production and education integration pilot enterprise list was officially announced, 19 pilot enterprises from WuXi was on the list, in which Jiangsu Tysim was honor to be selected. Based on the notice from The Construction and Cultivation of the Fourth Batch of Pilot Enterprises integrating Industry and Education in JiangSu Province issued by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Education, and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (No. 2022), enterprises that had voluntarily applied, obtained local preliminary recommendation, passed expert review and evaluation, and passed the joint review by relevant provincial departments will be incorporated into the cultivation database of JiangSu province's industry-education integration pilot enterprise development. The selected enterprises will enjoy the combined incentive policies on investment, financing, finance and taxation in the field of industry-education integration. Industry-education integrated enterprises refer to enterprises with deep participation in industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation; it refers to enterprises that play a reforming role in vocational colleges and higher education institutions; it refers to enterprises that improve the quality of talent training, enhance the industry’s attractiveness and competitiveness, and have a strong demonstrational guiding and leading effect.
